11:Eleven Gallery
Founded in 2019, 11:Eleven Gallery is situated within the historic National Press Building. Structured across four distinct spaces—the Main, Annex, Atrium galleries, and Dining Room—11:Eleven offers a layered and immersive art experience.
Foundry Gallery
As a non-profit, artist-owned cooperative, Foundry Gallery has been supporting and showcasing some of D.C.’s most promising artists for over fifty years. The gallery focuses on providing exposure to new and emerging artists, featuring a rich diversity of original works. Located at 2118 8th Street NW, Foundry Gallery is open Friday through Sunday from 12 to 6 pm.
Waverly Street Gallery
One of the oldest fine art galleries in the D.C. metro area, Waverly Street Gallery features contemporary visual artists working in a wide range of media, including painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, digital art, photography, and jewelry. Monthly exhibitions showcase original artwork in various genres. The gallery is located at 4600 East West Highway, #102, Bethesda, Maryland, and is open Thursday through Sunday from 1 to 6 pm.
HOMME DC
Specializing in contemporary visual art, HOMME DC showcases artists from D.C. and beyond. With multiple locations, including 2000 L St NW and 52 O St NW, the gallery operates by appointment only, offering a curated experience for visitors.
Chevy Chase Art Gallery
Conveniently located at 5039 Connecticut Avenue NW, Chevy Chase Art Gallery provides a diverse collection of high-quality original paintings, sculptures, glass artwork, and museum-quality custom framing. The gallery represents selected artists and features new works regularly. Current hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
Lost Origins Gallery
Located on historic Mount Pleasant Street, Lost Origins Gallery aims to inspire community and understanding by providing a space for gathering, expression, ideas, art, and culture. The gallery hosts exhibitions and events by local, national, and international artists, comedians, filmmakers, musicians, and authors. Open hours are Friday from 7 to 9 pm, Saturday from 12 to 5 pm, and Sunday from 3 to 5 pm, or by appointment.
